this was done in all photoshop?
ReplyDeleteyep. drew it on paper, scanned it, colored it in photoshop. then played with the "cutout" filter's "edge simplicity" settings multiple times on different layers then tweened them in with photoshop's (CS3) animation palette. make sense?
